Who it is for

No need to know how to climb already

01

You tire more than necessary

You use too much strength and don’t know how to manage it. Technique is exactly for this.

02

You freeze when the route gets hard

Your body knows it could keep going, but something stops you. We work on centre and posture.

03

You keep repeating the same mistakes

Without knowing how to overcome them. The gesture has to be rebuilt from the foundations.

04

Every harder route is suffering

With solid technique fatigue goes down and safety goes up, whatever grade you are climbing.

What we work on

Technique, step by step

  • · Double weight and two centres of gravity
  • · Finding the centre and the posture of the body
  • · Foot placement: from heel to toe
  • · Rhythm: dynamic phase and static phase, with breathing
  • · Simultaneous Crossed Base Progression, Fundamental Progressions, Triangle Progressions
  • · Complementary techniques: simple substitution, mixed substitution, feet matching

How we work

Two steps, from horizontal to vertical

1

First step

Movement Matrices: studying technique on the ground, in the horizontal.

2

Second step

On the rock: applying the technique studied on the ground, in the vertical.
