Who it is for

Designed for those who stop one step before their real limit

01

You freeze before your limit

Your body could keep going, but your head says stop. We work on fall management until it is no longer a thought.

02

You want to climb harder grades

On the hardest pitches, sooner or later you fly. Getting there with trust in the rope changes how you try the moves.

03

You had a bad fall

After an awkward fall, regaining confidence on your own is hard. We restart from controlled, progressive management.

04

You just want to be safer

Communication with the belayer, reading the quickdraws, risk management: the basics that make climbing safer for everyone.

What we work on

Falling is learned, not endured

Falling is part of sport climbing. The workshop works on four fronts, progressively and always under control:

  • · Fall management: posture and breathing at the moment of the fall
  • · Safety at the crag: communication between leader and belayer
  • · Trust in the rope and in the equipment, built gradually
  • · Climbing more freely, without the constant brake of fear

How we work

Two phases, one step at a time

1

Falls from above

We start on top rope: controlled falls to get body and mind used to the void, in a context that is already 100% safe.

2

Falls while leading

Then we move on to falls while leading, at ever greater distances from the last quickdraw: one step at a time, at the pace you feel is yours.

How it works

Three steps, and you fall safely

1

You write to me

On WhatsApp or through the form: tell me what holds you back and the days you are free.

2

We organise

I suggest the most suitable day and crag, and tell you what to bring.

3

You fall, safely

Progressive, controlled falls, until they become natural instead of frightening.

Frequently asked questions
I’m very scared, does it still work?
Yes, it is exactly the most common starting point. We start with small, controlled falls, and step up only when you feel ready.
Is it a safety course or a climbing course?
Both: managing falls is safety and technique together. We work on the gesture and on the mind at the same time.
What equipment do I need?
You will need a harness, climbing shoes and a helmet.
How many are in the group?
